HDPE silicon core pipe is a new type of composite pipe material. The HDPE is the main raw material, and the layer of core is the intermixture of silicon glue and HDPE which is made by composition and which is made by coextrusion and blending through different extruders. The product is widely used in protecting sleeve pipe for optical cable of express way, rail way, telecom communication system, and is the first selected product for replacing the traditional protecting sleeve pipe of the field.

The silicon core pipe has excellent physical and machine performance. Its ring stiffness, rebounding rate, breaking elongation rate, performance of impact resistance, sealing performance, bending performance, performance of crack resistance and corrosion resistance are obviously more excellent than PVC protecting sleeve pipe, so the product is not easy to distort under the action of outside force, and can change along with the land situation with the good toughness to be carried out bending laying. The good performances of waterproof and corrosion resistance extend the using life greatly. In addition, the inner wall of the silicon core pipe is lubricator of silicon glue which is very slick with small coefficient of friction, so air-blowing method can be used to pass through the line. And the length of roll of silicon core pipe can reach over 2000 meters, because of few joints, it can be laid in succession in long distance, so the construction speed is quick and easy.
